Festival Week Events
10th February:
- Trinity Tower open – 11.00am till 3.00pm. (£5 for the Trinity Trust)
- Guided snowdrop walk* – Town Hall 1030. Free – just turn up
11th February:
- Snowdrop Study Day – lectures at Shaftesbury Arts Centre followed by the “Best in the West” Snowdrop Sale at the Town Hall. Tickets available via Eventbrite
- Artisan street market
- Springhead Trust snowdrop garden open with art exhibition and concert
12th February:
- Children’s workshop – library 1100-1200. The workshop is free but booking is essential due to capacity – see Eventbrite or contact library
13th February:
- Dorset Button workshop – Shaftesbury Abbey lodge 1000-1200 and 1300-1500
14th February:
- Snowdrop lantern workshops – 1000-1230 and 1330-1600 at Higher Green Farm Arts, Twyford. The workshop fee is £5 – bookings essential due to capacity – see Eventbrite
- Children’s crafts – Gold Hill Museum 1000-1200 and 1300-1500
- Accessible snowdrop walk – Town Hall 1030-1100
15th February:

- Snowdrops for Everyone – a talk by horticulturalist, Lou Nicholls at Shaftesbury Arts Centre – 2pm. Tickets via Eventbrite
- Snowdrop lantern parade – start time 6.15pm. Lantern bearers start from the Trinity Centre at 6.00pm
- Snowdrop “After Parade” party at the Town Hall from 6.30pm. Free but please book via Eventbrite.
18th February:
- Guided snowdrop walk* – Town Hall 1030. Free – just turn up
- St James’ church snowdrop service – 1600
